宫腔纱条填塞联合米索前列醇治疗前置胎盘术中出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔纱条填塞联合米索前列醇治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的临床治疗效果。方法将115例前置胎盘患者随机分为观察组(59例)和对照组(56例)。观察组除常规应用缩宫素和子宫按摩等方法外,采用宫腔纱条填塞联合米索前列醇治疗出血,对照组仅采用缩宫素和子宫按摩等方法。结果观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、输血例数、输血量等方面均明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组全部保留子宫,对照组3例行子宫切除。结论应用宫腔纱条填塞+米索前列醇是一种有效的前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的治疗方法。Objective To study the effect of intrauterine packing and misoprostol in treating hemorrhage of cesarean section in patients with placenta praevia.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with placenta praevia were randomized into the study group （59 cases） and the control group （56 cases）.Patients in the study group received intrauterine packing and misoprostol in treating hemorrhage of cesarean section,plus oxytocin and uterus massage,while patients in the control group were only performed oxytocin and uterus massage.Results The operation time,patient number of blood transfusion,volume of bleeding and blood transfusion in the study group were significantly less or smaller than that in the control group （P0.01）.All the patients in the study group had their uterus reserved,while 3 patients in the control group had their uterus removed.Conclusion Intrauterine packing combined with misoprostol is quite effective in treating hemorrhage of cesarean section in patients with placenta praevia,which is worthy to be extended in clinical practice.
