恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制期应用无菌床的护理

摘　　要：目的总结恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制期应用无菌床的护理效果。方法 91例肿瘤患者化疗276例次,根据骨髓抑制分级标准,将化疗后出现Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制患者(56例次)入住百级无菌层流病床进行保护性隔离,并给予有效预防感染、心理及饮食护理。结果 56例次Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制患者接受无菌层流床治疗后,感染的发生率仅10·7%。结论无菌床的应用可明显降低化疗后出现Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制患者感染率,加快患者康复。Objective To sum up the nursing effect of applying sterilized beds at the period of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for malignant tumor. Methods Ninety one cancer patients received 276 times chemotherapy. According to the classification standard of bone marrow suppression, the patients with myelosuppression at grade Ⅲ and Wafter chemotherapy （56 case times） were given isolation protection by using 100 -laminar flow sterile beds, with effective prevention of infection, psychological and dietary care. Results Among the 56 cases with myelosuppression at grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ the prevalence of infection was only 10. 7% after the sterile laminar flow bed treatment. Conclusion Application of sterile bed can significantly reduce infection rate in patients with gradeⅢ and Ⅳ bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy so as to speed up recovery.
