电针对激素性股骨头坏死家兔局部组织血流量、骨钙素及超微结构影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸对兔激素性股骨头坏死的治疗作用,探讨其作用机理。方法:选择马血清与甲基强的松龙造成兔激素性股骨头坏死模型,设立空白对照组(A)、动物模型组(B)、中成药组(C)、针灸治疗组(D),测定其血中局部组织血流量(RBF)、骨钙素(BGP),同时取骨在电镜下进行常规病理检查及超微结构观察。结果:此法造模成功,动物模型组与空白对照组比较,局部组织血流量含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),电针能够降低血清BGP含量(P<0.05),抑制激素对股骨头的骨小梁和骨细胞的损害。结论:电针可改善股骨头局部组织血流量;有抑制骨细胞凋亡,使钙盐沉积程度增加,促进骨形成的作用。从而达到治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture on regional blood flow（RBF）,bone gla protein（BGP） and ultrastructure of rabbits with steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head,and to further study the mechanism.Methods：Injection of large dosage of horse serum and methylprednisolonum were used to establish the model of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.The grouping was as follows： control group（A）,model group（B）,patent medicine group（C）,and electroacupuncture treatment group（D）.The RBF and BGP were measured after 4 weeks,and HE staining and pathological section were also done in order to observe the changes of ultrastructure under the electron-microscope.Results：The rabbit models were successfully established.Compared with control group,the RBF of model group was remarkably different（P0.01）.Electroacupuncture decreased BGP level and inhibited damage to bone trabeculae and bone cells induced by steroid.Conclusion：It is concluded that electroacupuncture can improve the blood flow of femoral head,and have the effect of restraining the apoptosis of osteocytes,promoting the deposition of calcium salts and bone formation,so as to heal the steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.
