摘　　要：本文对新型建筑防水材料中聚氨酯及聚脲防水涂料技术进行了简要介绍,并从其组成、特点、性能及应用等方面进行了分析和总结。The technology of polyurethane and polyurea coatings,two kinds of new-type waterproof materials,are briefly introduced and their composition,characteristics,performance as well as application are also analyzed and summarized in this article.
