复方中草药添加剂对仿刺参(Stichopus japonicus)幼参免疫机能的影响

摘　　要：试验采用不同配方和比例中草药添加剂连续饲喂仿刺参幼参,以海参体腔液细胞的抗菌能力、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、酚氧化酶(PO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)作为免疫学检测指标,研究中草药添加剂对仿刺参幼参的免疫增强效果。结果表明:中草药添加剂能够有效提高上述免疫相关指标的活性,并且添加剂的配方不同及添加比例不同,会产生不同的免疫增强效果。Juvenile sea cucumber（stichopus japonicus） was fed with different formulas and percentage of Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive,and then cellular and humoral immune indices were assessed,including antibacterial activity,alkaline phosphate（AKP）,acid phosphate（ACP）,phenoloxidase（PO）,superoxide distamuse（SOD）and catalase（CAT）.The results indicated that Chinese herbal additive improved the activity of those immunity indices,and different formulas and percentages produced the different effects.
