摘　　要：新时期高校大学生管理工作中出现的新情况、新问题,表现为90后的大学生自我意识增强;崇尚自由,易冲动易受挫;功利主义倾向明显。笔者针对此特点提出了学生工作者应采取的几点应对措施。Colleges and Universities students in the management of the new situation and new problems, the performance of 90 college students self-awareness; advocate freedom, impulsive easily frustrated; utilitarian tendencies evident. I made for this feature student workers should take a few responses.
