摘  要:粉末粒度是影响Ti-35Al多孔材料孔结构的主要因素之一。本文采用元素粉末反应合成工艺制备Ti-35Al多孔材料,在其它制备参数一定的条件下,系统研究Ti/Al元素粉末的粒度与Ti-35Al多孔材料的孔隙度、孔径和透气度等孔结构参数之间的定量关系。结果表明:粉末粒度是决定Ti-Al合金多孔材料最大孔径的主要因素,多孔体最大孔径dm与粉末粒径dp之间严格遵循dm=0.54.dp的直线变化规律;Ti-Al合金多孔材料的透气度随粉末粒度的增加呈线性关系递增;Ti-Al合金多孔材料中,孔隙的连通程度随孔隙度的增加而大幅度增加,当合金总孔隙度达到45%以上时,开孔隙度所占的比例达到90%以上;在本实验18~125μm的整个粒度范围内,Ti-Al合金多孔材料的透气度K与开孔隙度θ和最大孔径dm之间严格满足Hagen-Poiseuille方程,Ti-Al合金多孔材料的透气性能和孔结构性能参数之间存在统一的普适方程:K=0.022 9 dm2θ。Powder size is one of the main factors affecting the pore structure of Ti-35wt%Al porous material.A reactive synthesis method was used to fabricate Ti-35wt%Al porous material in this paper.The quantitative relationships between the Ti/Al elemental powder size and the pore structure parameters including porosity,pore size and gas permeability of porous alloy were investigated in details.The results show that powder size has great effect on the maximu aperture of Ti-Al porous materials.The maximum aperture dm and powder size dp were investigated to obey the equation dm=0.54?dp strictly.The gas permeability increases with increasing the powder size linearly.For Ti-Al porous alloy,the pore interconnection level increases by a wide margin with the increment of overall porosity.The proportion of open porosity reaches over 90% when the overall porosity of the alloy exceeds 45%.In the range of powder size from 18 to 125 μm,the permeability K,the open porosity θ and the maximum aperture dm were verified to meet the Hagen-Poiseuille equation.The universal equation K=0.022 9 dm2θ was established to reflect the relation between the permeability and pore structure parameters for porous Ti-Al alloy.
