摘 要:根据麻花钻钻刃的数学模型,利用UG软件建立了麻花钻的三维实体模型,并利用UG的二次开发功能开发出了直柄标准麻花钻和锥柄标准麻花钻的参数化自动生成系统.采用该系统可以简便地生成不同参数下的各种标准麻花钻三维实体模型及其二维零件工程视图的主视图以及俯视图,解决了麻花钻的参数化设计问题,也为麻花钻数控加工的自动编程奠定了基础.A three-dimensional solid model of the twist drill is established according the mathematical model of its blade in UG. And the three-dimensional solid parametric auto-generated system of the standard straight shank twist drill and the standard taper shank twist drill is developed by using the secondary development function of the UG. The three-dimensional solid model of the standard twist drill in different parameters can be obtained in the system easily. The two-dimensional view of the part can be obtained, too. The problem of the parametric design of the twist drill is solved by this way. And a preliminary basis of the automatic programming of the twist drill in NC is provided, too.
