摘 要:分别以稀土盐、氯化稀土矿制备了稀土絮凝剂,并探讨其用量对印钞废水絮凝效果的影响;以聚硅硫酸铝铁(PAFS)与氯化稀土矿为原料,将其按一定比例进行复配制备了稀土-无机复合絮凝剂(PAFSRE),并探讨复配比例对印钞废水絮凝效果的影响。结果表明:稀土对印钞废水絮凝效果显著,COD去除率和色度去除率均大于96%;复配比例对印钞废水絮凝效果并没有明显的影响,但稀土与无机絮凝剂复配使用可在一定程度上降低废水处理成本。The rare-earth flocculants were made from rare-earth salt and rare-earth ore, and the influence of rare-earth flocculants on coagulation effects was investigated. Mean while, the coagulation effects of blending ratio from rare-earth ore to PAFS were studied. The results showed that the effects of banknote printing wastewater treated by rare-earth coagulants were quite well, COD and color removal efficiency were more 96% ;the effects of coagulation were not obviously influenced by the blending ratio from rare-earth ore to PAFS. However, the cost of wastewater treatment could be reduced greatly.
