摘　　要：以19×0.75的光滑铝黄铜管为研究对象,在多功能蒸馏海水淡化传热试验平台上进行了水平管降膜蒸发传热试验研究,分析了液体负荷、热通量、蒸发温度和传热温差等对水平管降膜蒸发总传热系数的影响。试验研究结果可为海水淡化工程提供设计依据,为传热管间液体流动及传热传质的数值模拟研究提供对比数据,为水平管蒸发器的优化设计提供技术支持。Based on the multi-distillation desalination platform,heat-transfer coefficients of horizontal-tube falling film evaporation were studied with ф19 × 0.75 smooth Al-brass tubes as the research object.Effects of liquid load,heat flux,evaporating temperature and heat-transfer temperature difference on overall heat-transfer coefficients of the horizontal tube falling film evaporator were analyzed in detail.These results would provide a basis for the design of desalination project and optimal design of horizontal tube evaporator.In addition,it would provide comparative data for the numerical simulation of liquid flowing and heat mass transfer study.
