摘　　要：针对LED生产设备的信息网络化集中管理监控要求,设计了一套智能信息化平台。文中重点介绍了平台的硬件结构设计和软件框架设计。系统以嵌入式Linux2.6操作系统和以ARM9为核心的S3C2440处理器为软硬件基础,通过GPRS模块、以太网通信模块构建了嵌入式Internet接入平台,采用多进程多线程技术实现有线/GPRS无线智能切换策略,实现了对LED封装设备的网络化集中实时监控。Aiming at the requirements of LED production equipment information for the centralized management network monitoring, design a set of intelligent information platform system. This paper mainly introduces the hardware structure design and software framework design. Based on embedded Linux2.6 operating system and S3C2440 ARM9 processor for the core for software and hardware foundation in the system, the system uses the GPRS module, the Ethernet communication module to construct a embedded Internet access platform, adopts multi-process multithreading technology realize Net/wireless intelligent switch strategies, and achieves LED sealing equipment centralized network real time monitoring.
