摘  要:以钛酸正丁酯和多种硅氧烷为前驱物,采用溶胶一凝胶法在聚碳酸酯表面上制备一种高折射率的有机硅/TiO2透明增硬涂层.通过红外光谱仪、原子力显微镜对涂层的结构进行了表征分析,并探讨了TiO2含量对涂层的硬度、附着力、耐擦伤性、折射率等的影响.研究结果表明,制得的涂层对聚碳酸酯具有良好的附着力;涂层具有良好的平整性,可见光范围内的透光率均在90%以上;提高TiO2含量有利于提高涂层的硬度、耐擦伤性和折射率等.当TiO2质量分数在4.99%~32.09%范围内,涂层在576.7nm处的折射率在1.5002~1.5612之间连续可调.In this paper, using tetrabutyl titanate and various siloxanes as the precursor,the organic silicon/TiO2 transparent film onthe surface of polycarbonate was prepared through sol-gel method. The film was used as hard coating for organic resins to protect them against scratch. And the introducing of TiO2 could improve the refractive index of the film. The structure of the film was explored by FTIR and AFM. And the effects of TiO2 amount on some properties of the film were explored, such as hardness, adhesion, scratch-resistance, refractive index. The final results show that the films have good adhesion performance to polycarbonate. Due to the possession of smooth surface, the polycarbonate with the film has high transparency of above 90 % in the range of visible light. When the mass concentration of TiO2 is in the range of 4.99%-32.09% ,the increase of TiO2 amount can improve some properties of the film,such as refractive index,scratch-resistance,hardness. The refractive index of the films could be adjusted from 1. 500 2-1. 561 2 continuously at 576.7 nm.
