摘　　要：如何处理新旧关系是在旧有空间环境中进行新建筑设计的成功关键。该文以河南省电力公司综合调度楼的设计方案为例,在设计适合时代需求的新建筑的同时,对如何解决新旧建筑和谐共存的问题进行思考,并从尊重、匹配和共生的原则,将新建筑的设计结合旧建筑的改造,使两者相互渗透、有机融合,使之成为一个整体,构成城市单元的一部分。How to deal with the relationship between the new design and the old background is the key to a successful design of a new building in old environment. This article, taking the example of the Complex Dispatch Building of Henan Power Company focuses on how to create the new design meeting the requirements of the times as well as harmoniously coexisting with the old buildings. Besides, it gives attention to combine the new design with the reconstruction of the old building to make the two parts interpenetrated and integrated with each other and perform as a whole in the city unit, in the principles of respect, adaption and symbiosis.
