一般性工业地段的整体更新策略探讨——以杭州重型机械厂改造方案为例

摘　　要：要杭州重型机械厂始建于"二五"期间,2005年开始分步搬迁,其整体搬迁给杭州城市建设带来了新的历史机遇,同时留下大量工业时代的历史遗存。通过对现状的综合评估,制定有针对性的更新改造策略,结合地段新的城市次中心的功能定位,赋予工业建筑遗存以全新的使用功能,既可实现功能的完全转换,又能传达历史信息、延续城市发展脉络。方案旨在为历史保护价值一般的工业地段改造探索一种新思路。Hangzhou Heavy Machinery Factory, which was founded during ＂2nd five year plan＂ period, gradually relocated in 2005, whose relocation has brought new opportunities to hangzhou while leaving abundant historical heritage of industrial age. Based on the comprehensive assessment of present situation and combined its area positioned new urban subcenter, the paper explores and formulates pertinent renewal strategies, which wil function with industry endow renew using architectural remains and continue historical information within urban development skeleton. The project plan is to discuss a new way to reconstruction of industry area with general historical value.
