摘 要:针对某公司生产的首次应用到核电上的SA508-3钢,为了得到筒体上各区域残余应力大小及分布规律,定量地分析工艺参数对残余应力的影响,有效地控制焊接质量,采用ANSYS有限元建立60 mm厚筒体三维模型,模拟纵向焊接过程残余应力的变化。结果表明:工艺参数变化只对焊缝内、外表面中心区域以及焊缝沿厚度方向上的纵向残余应力影响比较大,焊接速度和焊接电压对残余应力曲线上的锯齿型波动产生的影响比较明显;焊接速度对残余变形的变化幅度影响最大,焊接速度与另外两个参数对残余变形影响的趋势相反。According to the new material which was SA508 -3 steel for nuclear power, in order to obtain residual stress distribution, quantitative analysis of process parameters on residual stress effect, and effectively control welding quality, the residual stress field model of 60 mm thick wall cylinder were simulated by ANSYS. It was found that only the center of weld inner, outer surface and the weld thickness which were influenced by process parameters have more larger residual stress, and the serrated fluctuations of residual stress curves are obvious influenced by welding speed and welding voltage. The impact of welding speed change on the residual deformation has the most significant, and residual deformation change trend which is affected by the welding current has basic close to the welding voltage, but the effect of the welding speed is opposite to that.
