摘　　要：某些地方公立高校债台高筑,深陷债务危机,严重影响了地方高等学校的发展。化解的思路与对策是:加大财政投入力度,多渠道筹集资金;强化风险意识和勤俭节约办学意识;制定高校化解债务工作整体方案;严控新债等。In China, some debt - ridden local state universities have fallen in debt crisis, which seriously affects the development of these local universities. Our ideas and countermeasures of eliminating this problem inlcude to strengthen financial support, diversify ways of fund raising, emphasize risk consciousness, industrious consciousness, and economical consciousness, and work out a systematic plan on defusing debts and strictly controlling new debts.
