摘　　要：利用一叶轮样件对复杂曲面铸造工艺进行研究.利用快速成形技术,通过配制陶瓷浆料,用硅橡胶对原型进行翻制,从而快速制得叶轮的精铸陶瓷型壳.实验结果表明:利用该工艺制得的陶瓷型壳尺寸精度高,在具有复杂特征铸件(如发泡模具)精铸陶瓷型壳的制作方面具有很好的应用前景.The casting of complex surfaces was researched using an impeller sample in this paper.The ceramic shell casting of impeller could obtained quickly by rapid prototyping technology and the preparation of ceramic slurry,and using silicone rubber to copy the prototype.The results show that the impeller ceramics shell was precise.The process has wide application prospects for ceramic mold casting shell,especially for the casting with complex characteristics.
