摘　　要：分析了直线和圆弧的所有转接情况,提出了一种简便的刀具半径补偿转接类型的判别方法,并给出了各种类型刀补转接矢量的平面解析几何计算公式.该方法简单实用,易于编程实现,已在研制的6-UPU虚拟轴镗铣机床数控系统中得到了验证.In this paper,various transfer types between linear and circular are analyzed in detail,and a simple classification method for transfer types of cutter radius compensation is proposed.In addition,plane analytic geometry formulas for all kinds of cutter radius compensation are provided.The algorithm in this paper is simple and practical,and convenient to be carried out by program,which has been confirmed in the NC system developed by the author for 6-UPU virtual axis boring-milling machine tool.
