摘 要:采用壳聚糖为原料,聚酯无纺布为支撑层,用戊二醛交联制备了高选择性、高通量的交联壳聚糖渗透蒸发复合膜。考察了料液浓度、料液温度、膜厚等对偏二甲肼/水体系分离性能的影响。结果表明:在料液温度为10℃,膜厚度为25μm,进料液中偏二甲肼的质量分数为50%时,改性复合膜的分离因子最高达到5.25,渗透通量可达167 g/(m2.h)。The crosslinked chitosan pervaporation composite membranes with high selectivity and high flux were prepared by using chitosan as raw material, polyester non-woven fabrics as support layer and glutaraldehyde as crosslinker. The influence of feed solution concentration, feed solution temperature, membrane thickness, etc. on separation performance of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine/water system was investingated. The results show that the maximum separation factor of modified composite membrane reaches 5.25 and the permeation flux can reach 167 g/(m2. h) when the temperature of the feed solution is 10℃, membrane thickness is 25/xm, mass fraction of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine in the feed solution is 50%.
