摘  要:合成了丙烯酸(AA)/丙烯酸甲酯(MAC)二元共聚物油田用阻垢剂,研究了单体物质的量比、引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对产物相对分子质量的影响。实验结果表明,增加丙烯酸用量、延长反应时间及提高聚合反应温度,均可增大AA/MAC聚合物的相对分子质量;但引发剂用量增大,聚合物相对分子质量下降。阻垢实验表明,AA/MAC聚合物的相对分子质量对阻钙垢效果存在最佳值。A binary copolymer scale inhibitor of acrylic acid (AA) and methyl acrylate (MAC) for the purpose of crude oil production was prepared, and the effect of the molecular ratio of two monomers, initiator amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on the relative molecular mass of product was studied. According to the testing results, the relative molecular mass of AA/MAC copolymer can be increased by increasing acrylic acid amount, or increasing reaction time or reaction temperature. However, the relative molecular mass of AA/MAC copolymer is reduced as the initiator amount is increased. According to the results of scale inhibition tests, optimum effect of inhibiting calcium induced mass value of AA/MAC copolymer. scaling can be achieved at a certain relative molecular .
