摘 要:目的探讨溴苯腈急性中毒对骨骼肌能量代谢的影响及二巯丙磺钠(Na-DMPS)的保护效应。方法选取ICR小鼠78只,随机分成3组:正常对照组(6只)、急性中毒组(36只)和Na-DMPS保护组(36只);后两组均分为高剂量组和低剂量组两组,取中毒后0.5、3.0、6.0 h等各点检测骨骼肌腺苷酸水平变化(6只),并进行统计分析。结果①急性中毒组中,低剂量组小鼠骨骼肌一磷酸腺苷(AMP)在中毒后0.5 h高于正常对照组;高剂量组二磷酸腺苷(ADP)在中毒后0.5、3.0、6.0 h高于正常对照组,AMP在中毒后6.0 h高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。②Na-DMPS保护组中,低剂量组小鼠骨骼肌ADP低于急性中毒组,AMP低于急性中毒组(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠骨骼肌三磷酸腺苷(ATP)高于急性中毒组,ADP低于急性中毒组,AMP低于急性中毒组(P<0.01)。结论①溴苯腈急性中毒可影响骨骼肌能量代谢,但并不是其骨骼肌损伤的主要原因;②Na-DMPS保护可改善骨骼肌能量代谢。Objective To explore the changes of energy metabolism and the intervention effect of sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate(Na-DMPS) in the skeletal muscles of acute bromoxynil poisoned mouse.Methods Seventy eight ICR mice were randomly divided into groups of control(n=6),acute bromoxynil poisoning(n=36) and Na-DMPS intervention(n=36).The acute poisoning and Na-DMPS intervention groups were both randomly divided into high and low dose bromoxynil subgroups.The contents of adenosine triphosphate(ATP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and adenosine monophosphate(AMP) in the skeletal muscles of mice were tested at 0.5,3 and 6 hrs after poisoning.Results The concentration of AMP was higher in the mice of low dose acute poisoning group at 0.5 hr after poisoning than in the mice of control group(P0.05).The concentration of ADP was higher in the mice of high dose poisoning group at 0.5,3 and 6 hrs than in the mice of control group(P0.05).The concentrations of AMP was higher in the mice of high dose poisoning group at 6 hrs after poisoning than in the mice of control group(P0.05).Compared with mice in the acute poisoning group,the concentrations of ADP and AMP were lower in the mice of low dose group of Na-DMPS protection group(P0.05).The concentration of ATP was higher,while the concentrations of ADP and AMP were lower in the mice of high dose group of acute poisoning than in the mice of control group(P0.01).Conclusion The energy metabolism of skeletal muscles is affected by acute bromoxynil poisoning,which can be protected by Na-DMPS.
