摘　　要：本文以城市供水工程的加氯工艺为研究对象,系统地分析了各个可能存在环境风险的环节,在确定了氯为主要风险因子后,进一步对其泄漏事故进行了分析和预测,预测出氯泄漏的大气影响范围,为环境风险事故的应急处置提供了依据。This paper studies the chlorine-adding process in waterworks,and analyzes every possibility of environmental risk systematically.After determining chlorine as the risk factor,the paper makes a further analysis of chlorine leakage and predicts its influence on the atmosphere,thus providing the proof for the emergency response of environmental risk.
