摘  要:目前火电厂选址的综合评价方法主要依赖专家评判确定指标权重,主观性强、评分标准难以准确把握及合理运用。本文针对以上不足,将基于熵权的TOPSIS法应用于火电厂选址的综合决策,通过运用熵权法客观确定了选址评价体系各指标的权重,并构造了理想解与负理想解,以方案指标向量靠近理想解、远离负理想解来判断确定方案的优劣,同时结合实例说明了应用熵权TOPSIS法进行火电厂选址综合评价的具体过程,并验证了基于熵权TOPSIS法的科学性和可行性。The main methods used in the comprehensive decision-making for the site selection of thermal power plants are dependent on experts' evaluation to determine index weight,which is subjective and difficult to ensure the correct understanding and the optimum use of scoring rules.In this paper,entropy TOPSIS method was used in the site selection of thermal power plants.This method used the entropy weight to calculate the weights for each index objectively.Meanwhile,it conducted the positive ideal and negative ideal solutions in order to choose the alternative which had the shortest distance from the positive one and the farthest distance from the negative one.Finally,after the establishment of the index system of the site selection of thermal power plants,an example was presented to show the application process of the site selection of thermal power plants based on entropy TOPSIS.Furthermore,the simulation results demonstrated the scientificity and feasibility of the approach.
