摘　　要：总结了近年来仪化公司热煤炉节油工作卓有成效的攻关情况,统计核算了某装置改5台炉运行方式为4台炉运行的节能效果;专门论证了天然气折标油系数取值不合适问题及其对节能降耗的影响;提出了新阶段热煤炉管理工作关注的要点,对卧式炉及S3小炉子改造方案进行了思考。Summarized the energy conservation brainstorm behavior for annealing oven in recent years,statistic the energy conservation behavior of fore ovens running instead of five ovens running at some plant,specially demonstrated that the standard oil coefficient of the NG in use is unseemliness,and its effect to energy conservation and emission reduction.Put forward the main points of the annealing oven management in the new stage,and discussed how to reconstruct horizontal oven and minor oven in S3 plant.
