摘 要:用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对偏钒酸铵中钒含量进行测定。样品经50g·L-1草酸溶液溶解,选择310.230nm的谱线作为测定钒的分析线。钒的质量浓度在50mg·L-1以内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.02mg·g-1。方法用于偏钒酸铵样品分析,测定结果略高于滴定法测定结果。加标回收率在99.8%~101.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于0.3%。ICP-AES was applied to the determination of vanadium in ammonium metavanadate. The sample was dissolved with 50 g ·g-1 oxalic acid solution, and the spectral line of 310. 230 nm was selected as analytical spectral lines for V. Linear relationship between values of spectral line intensity and mass concentration of V was kept in the range within 50 mg ·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.02 mg ·g-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of two ammonium metavanadate samples, the results obtained by the present method were a little higher than those obtained by titrimetry. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 99.8%--101.80/00, with values of RSD (n=5) less than 0.3%.
