摘　　要：采用母粒添加方式,在纺丝过程添加一定比例的纳米级合金锗冰凉改性母粒熔融共混纺丝,按照凹字异形截面细旦纤维结构设计喷丝板,控制好纺丝拉伸工艺,可以生产出具有良好的凉爽效果和一定抗静电、负离子保健、除臭促进血液循环等功效的锗系细旦异形保健凉爽涤纶FDY。By using the master batch adding method,adding a certain proportion nanometer alloy Ge cool modified master batch to melt blend spinning,designing the spinneret according to the concave special-shaped cross section fine denier fiber structure,well controlling of the spinning and drawing process,the Ge family fine denier profiled health care cool PET FDY with better cool effects and antistatic,anion health care,deodorization,stimulate blood circulation function can be produced.
