锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨了锁定加压钢板术治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法本院于2009年到2011年共收治四肢骨折患者52例,均采用锁定加压钢板进行治疗,52例患者有22例为新鲜四肢骨折,18例为骨折后不愈合患者,12例患者为骨折后感染者,以上所有患者术后进行X线疗效评定。结果所有患者随访4～25个月,平均15个月。50例患者骨折愈合,2例出现延迟愈合现象,愈合率为100%。结论锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折临床效果好,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the in clinical efficacy of locking compression plate treatment of limb fractures. Methods The hospital in 2009 to 2011 were treated in 52 patients with limb fractures were treated using locking compression plate, 22 cases of fresh fractures, 18 cases of fracture nonunion patients, 12 patients were infected after fracture, all of the above patients for X-ray efficacy evaluation. Results All patients were followed up 4 ~25 months, an average of 15 months. Fracture healing in 50 patients, 2 patients had delayed healing phenomenon, the healing rate was 100%. Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation treatment of limb fractures is effective, should be widely used.
