摘  要:以脱硫石膏为基材,通过添加矿渣、水泥和自制添加剂改性,外掺少量生石灰、促凝剂和发泡剂制备不同密度等级的石膏泡沫混凝土。研究了不同外加剂掺量对胶凝材料初、终凝时间和力学性能的影响,测试了石膏泡沫混凝土的导热系数,阐述了产品的热工性能。测试结果表明,产品的强度高、导热系数低,综合性能优良,有利于工业副产石膏的资源化利用和提高节能减排水平。The gypsum foamed concrete with different density level is made by taking flue gas desulphurization gypsum as base material, slag, Portland cement and self-made additives as modifier,small amount 'of CaO, accelerator and foaming agent as admixture. The influence of different admixture on the initial-final setting times and mechanics performance of gelled material was researched, the thermal conductivity coefficient of gypsum foamed concrete was tested and the product thermal performance was described. The results indicate that the product has high strength,low thermal conductivity and good comprehensive performance. It is conducive to using FGD gypsum (industrial by-product)and improving energy efficiency level.
