摘　　要：以混合聚醚多元醇(PPE)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)制备了预聚体,采用芳香胺和聚醚多元醇为交联剂,合成了双组分聚氨酯防水涂料。研究了聚醚多元醇的配比、预聚体中异氰酸酯(—NCO)含量、催化剂的种类及用量、交联剂的配比和固态与液态填料用量对涂膜的影响,所制备的防水涂料性能优异。The two-component polyurethane waterproof coatings were synthesized by the method of prepolymer based on mixed polyether polyols,toluene diisocyanate （TDI） and composite chain extenders. The effects including the percentage of different polyether polyols,the percentage of NCO in prepolymer, the type and amount of catalysts,mixture ratio of composite chain exten- tiers,and content of liquid state and solid state filling materials on polyurethane coatings performance were particularly discussed. The properties of the obtained two-component polyurethane waterproofing coats were excellent.
