老年笔迹的检验分析

摘　　要：老年笔迹特征相对特异,较正常笔迹书写特征有明显差异,而与临摹笔迹和病理笔迹特征在一定程度上存在相似性,容易导致鉴定结论错误。因此,鉴定人在分析检验老年笔迹时,应合理分析老年笔迹特征和其他类型笔迹特征的异同点。另外,鉴定人在检验中要充分分析检材特征,结合案情掌握大量高质量的比对样本,作出正确判断。Old people＇s handwriting is relatively specific, obviously different from normal handwriting and comparatively similar to copying handwriting and pathological handwriting. So it is easy to cause mistakes in the process of verification. Therefore, expert should reasonably analyse the differences and similarities between old people＇s handwriting and other types of handwriting. In addition, expert should fully analyse the characteristics of the sample handwriting, combine it with a substantial amount of high quality comparison samples, and then make a good judgment.
