摘  要:概述了国内外有关杜仲胶的研究概况.首先介绍了杜仲胶的提取方法、分子结构及生物合成机理.接着介绍了杜仲胶结晶特性,如晶型的确定、制备方法及晶型之间的相互转化,结晶熔点及结晶焓,结晶速度及影响结晶速度的条件.然后重点介绍了本小组近年来有关杜仲胶应用方面的研究,如杜仲胶硫化三阶段,弹性临界转变规律,杜仲胶受温度控制的两个活跃的动态力学区域,受交联控制的5种动态力学行为,以及杜仲胶与合成反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯的比较.最后展望了杜仲胶领域今后研究的发展方向.Recent studies on eucommia ulmoids(EU) gum are summarized.The present paper firstly introduced the extraction methods,macromolecular structure and biological synthesis mechanism of EU gum;and introduced the crystalline characterisitics of EU gum,such as the determination of crystal form of EU gum,the preparation and the conversion of various crystal forms of EU gum,the melting points and fusion enthalpy of EU gum,the crystallization rate and its dependent factors of EU gum and so on.Then,this paper highlighted the studies of application of EU gum which was made breakthrough progress by our group in recent years.Such as,the three stages during the vulcanization progress of EU gum,the critical elastic turning law of EU gum,the two active dynamic mechanical zones of EU gum controlled by temperature,the five dynamic mechanical behaviours of EU gum controlled by crosslinking degree,and the comparative studies of EU gum and synthetic trans-1,4-polyisoprene and so on.In the end,the future direction of study of EU gum is envisaged.
