开郁清热方对2型糖尿病肝胃郁热证患者糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的观察开郁清热方对2型糖尿病肝胃郁热证患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取符合纳入标准的116例2型糖尿病患者,给予开郁清热方治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后3、6、12、18、24个月时检测患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标。结果治疗后患者各阶段HbA1c均较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);除治疗后6个月外,其他治疗后各阶段患者TC均较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后6个月患者LDL-C较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),随之出现反弹,治疗后24个月时出现显著降低(P<0.01);治疗后各阶段患者TG、HDL-C与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开郁清热方可以有效改善2型糖尿病肝胃郁热证患者糖脂代谢,具有糖脂同调的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Kaiyu Qingre Formula （Formula for clearing stagnated heat） on improving the glucolipide metabolism of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients with liver and stomach stagnated heat syndrome in TCM. Methods Totally 116 T2DM patients were treated with Kaiyu Qingre Formula. Glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） before treatment and 3 months, 6 months, 18 months, and 2 years after treatment were observed respectively. Results After treatment, the level of HbAlc of all patients in different periods of time was significantly decreased （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）. Except 6 months after treatment, the level of TC in other periods of time was significantly decreased than before treatment （P〈0.05）. The level of LDL-C in the 6 months after treatment was significantly decreased than before treatment （P〈0. 05）, then it was increased again, but significantly decreased in the period of 2 years after treatment （P〈0. 01）. The levels of TC and HDL-C in all periods of time after treatment were without statistical difference in comparing with before treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Kaiyu Qingre Formula is effectively improving the glucolipide metabolism of T2DM patients with liver and stomach stagnated heat syndrome. It functions to regulate both glucometabolism and lipometabolism simultaneously.
