摘　　要：借助结构方程方法建立了高速公路BOT项目政策风险的评价指标体系和评价模型.通过问卷调查得到的数据,对所构建的模型进行了拟合检验和模型参数估计,进而分析了政策风险中各种因素的影响程度以及各政策风险因素之间的相关关系.The evaluation index system and evaluation model are built for policy risks of expressway BOT project by using structural equation model（SEM）. The model is given fitting inspection and parameters estimation by the data from the questionnaire. Influence extents of all factors and interrelations between factors of policy risks are further analyzed.
