摘 要:提出了电网精细规则在线自动发现系统的架构,在关键断面在线自动发现的基础上,利用自动学习的方法,在线自动发现精细化的电网运行规则。开发了精细规则在线自动发现系统,阐述了系统中各核心模块的功能,包括:关键断面在线自动发现、初始规则获得、样本仿真、特征选择、规则生成等。四机双区域系统和某省级电网的算例测试表明:精细规则具有较高的准确性和较强的可解释性,能够较好地适应在线运行方式,在保证系统安全的前提下有效挖掘电网关键断面的输电潜力;精细规则生成速度快,能够满足在线应用每15min刷新一次的要求。A framework for online automatically discovering fine operational rules of power system is proposed,based on online automatic discovery of critical flowgates,fine operational rules are discovered online through automatic learning method.An online automatic discovery system of power system fine operational rules is proposed,and functions of each core module of the proposed system is also proposed,such as online automatic discovery of critical flowgates,establishment of initial operational rules,sample simulation,feature selection,establishment of fine operational rules and so on.The proposed system is applied on a 4-generation 2-area test system and a provincial power system of China,and results show that the fine operational rules which have better accuracy and interpretability are more suitable for power system operation and the transfer capacity of the critical flowgates can be utilized more efficiently,at the same time,the fine operational rules can be discovered in 15 minutes,meeting the requirement of online application.
