摘  要:目的:采用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化板蓝根有机酸组分。方法:板蓝根以75%乙醇(pH2)索氏提取,以丁香酸为指标筛选吸附树脂,采用正交试验优化影响树脂吸附的因素,确定其合理工艺流程。结果:D101型树脂对板蓝根有机酸组分的吸附与解吸性能较好,采用2 BV(树脂床体积)50%乙醇易于洗脱;正交试验结果表明以药液浓度为1.0g.mL-1、pH3.0及流速为2 BV.h-1的参数组合应用效果良好,经济省时。结论:应用D101型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化板蓝根中有机酸组分,其综合性能良好,具有一定的应用前景。OBJECTIVE To isolate and purify organic acids with macroporous adsorptive resins from Radix Isatidis. METHODS Radix Isatidis was extracted with 75% aqueous ethanol(pH 2) by Soxhlet extraction.The process was optimized by employing orthogonal test with the content of syringic acid as the index. RESULTS The D101 resin had much better adsorption capacity and desorption ratio by using 2 BV 50% aqueous ethanol to isolate organic acids in Radix Isatidis than other resins.The results showed that D101 resin possessed the better efficacy under the concentration of sample 1.0 g·mL-1,the condition of pH 3.0,and flowing rate of 2 BV·h-1. CONCLUSION Macroporous resin D101 may be value for isolating and purifying the organic acids from Radix Isatidis.
