葛根素辅助脑蛋白水解物治疗缺血性脑血管病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用葛根素辅助脑蛋白水解物治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的疗效。方法:治疗组56例,用20 mL脑蛋白水解物加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,静脉滴注,qd,再用400 mg葛根素加入10%葡萄糖注射液500 mL,静脉滴注,qd。对照组56例,用20 mL脑蛋白水解物加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,静脉滴注。2组均15 d为一个疗程。同时对血液流变学指标进行观察。结果:治疗组有效率为92.86%,对照组有效率为82.14%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)治疗组血液流变学指标较对照组均有不同程度的下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素与脑蛋白水解物联用治疗缺血性脑血管疾病效果优于单用脑蛋白水解物。OBJECTIVE To examine the effect of puerarin for injection plus cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection in treating ischemic cerebrovacular disease. METHODS 56 cases of the treatment group were treated by 20 mL of cerebroprotein hydrolysate added into 250 mL of 0.9% NaCl injection,which was administered IV/qd.At the same time,56 cases of the control group were treated by 20 mL of cerebroprotein hydrolysate added into 250 mL of 0.9% NaCl injection,which was administered IV/qd.The two groups continued for 15 days as one therapeutic course respectively. RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,while the rate of the control group was 82.14%. CONCLUSION The combined application of puerarin for injection and cerebropotein hydrolysate injection was more effective than single cerebroprotein hydrolysate applied in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
