前列地尔注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前列地尔注射液对老年急性脑梗死患者的治疗作用。方法:90例老年脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组加用前列地尔注射液,14 d为一疗程。治疗前后进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力状态评分,测定血液流变学各指标,测定血清中细胞间黏附分子-1、P选择素及E选择素含量。结果:治疗组神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力状评分,血液流变学指标,血清中细胞间黏附分子、P选择素及E选择素含量均明显优于治疗前及治疗后的对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:前列地尔对老年急性脑梗死患者有良好的脑保护作用,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of alprostadil injection on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. METHODS 90 senium patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,the study group was treated with alprostadil injection additionally.All treated for 14 days.Neurologic impairment and activity of daily living（ADL） were scored;the indices of hemorrheology,intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1）,P-selectin and E-selectin in serum were determined. RESULTS After treatment,neurologic impairment and ADL score;the indices of hemorrheology,ICAM-1,P-selectin and E-selectin in the study group were better than those of control group（P0.05 or P0.01）. CONCLUSION Because of the definite effects,alprostadil injection is worthy of wide clinical use in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
