摘　　要：本文论述了尾矿库安全的关键问题，设计了一种基于GPS-KTK技术尾矿库三维滑动监测系统，实现了尾矿库的在线监测，减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了矿区的安全，保护了矿区人民的生命和财产安全。This paper discusses key issues in tailings safety, design of a GPS-RTK technology-based three-dimensional sliding railings monitoring system,to achieve the railings line monitoring,reducing labor intensity and improve the mining security, protection of the mining people＇s lives and property.
