摘 要:根据焊接过程中的电弧形貌和热源的叠加原理推导出了三丝焊接的高斯热源计算公式,建立了合适的有限元数学模型,在充分考虑对流、辐射、熔池蒸发、液体流动以及相变潜热等边界条件的情况下,对T形接头的三丝高速焊接过程中温度场的瞬态变化进行了计算和分析.最后提取计算结果与试验结果进行对照.结果表明,计算所得的焊缝截面形状与实际试验相吻合,接头焊接热循环与焊缝组织基本一致,从而验证了所建模型的可靠性.A calculating formula of Gaussian model in triple-electrode welding is derived according to arc configuration and the superimposition principle of heat resource,and the proper finite element model is constructed.Then the transient change of temperature field of T-joint is simulated and analyzed in triple-electrode high speed welding process with the boundary conditions of convection,radiation,evaporation,fluid flow and latent heat of phase change being fully considered.Finally,the simulated results are being analyzed and checked out with experiment.The results showed that the calculated shape of weld cross section was coincident with the actual results and weld thermal cycle was coincident with the fine texture results which had also validated the dependability of the above-mentioned model.
