摘　　要：PET-CT是近年来发展起来的分子影像新技术,在肿瘤的预后分期和转归评价中发挥着越来越大的作用。最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)在肿瘤定量分析中的应用也越加广泛。但各种治疗措施、细胞分化度以及个体差异性等都会影响SUV的变化,单纯SUVmax不足以给予临床足够的信息,探寻一个更为客观、可比性强的指标显得尤为重要。With the development of molecular imaging, PET-CT becomes a new member and affects staging and prognosis in tumor diagnosis. The maximum standard uptake value（SUVmax） becomes popular in quantitative analysis. However, SUV is affected by various therapies, tumor differentiation and individualization etc. It is very important to search an objective, comparable index because SUVmax is not enough for clinical application any more.
