摘  要:目的探讨丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等氧化损伤生化指标筛检煤工尘肺的价值,为早期发现可疑患者和煤工尘肺的防治提供可能的线索。方法分别采用硝酸还原酶法、硫代巴比妥酸显色法和化学比色法测定112例煤工尘肺患者和144例健康接尘对照血浆氧化损伤指标MDA、T-AOC及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的含量或活力。采用判别分析法判定3项指标的联合筛检价值。结果 3项氧化损伤指标MDA、T-AOC和iNOS联合构建的判别方程,筛检煤工尘肺的特异度为89.1%,灵敏度为77.7%,符合率为84.0%,均高于单一指标和T-AOC与MDA的串联,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MDA、T-AOC和iNOS联合筛检煤工尘肺价值均高于单一指标和T-AOC与MDA的串联。Objective To explore the value of malondialdehyde(MDA),total anti-oxidation capacity(T-AOC)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)in early detection of coal workers' pneumoconiosis(CWP).Methods The content of MDA,activities of T-AOC and iNOS in plasma lipid were detected in 112 patients suffering from CWP and 144 healthy coal miners as controls by method of thiobarbituric acid reaction,chemical colorimetry and phenanthroline colorimetry.Values of joint screening of 3 indexes were analyzed by discriminant analysis.Results In using the MDA,T-AOC and iNOS jointly composed discriminant equation to detect CWP,the sensitivity,specificity and the compliance rate were 70.5%,68.1% and 84.0% respectively.The values were all better than those obtained either from a single index or from MDA and T-AOC in series(P0.05).Conclusions The values from joint screening of MDA,T-AOC and iNOS are better than those either from a single index or from MDA and T-AOC in series in the early detection of CWP.
