摘　　要：220kV滥坝变主变有载分接开关档位控制器损坏，其生产厂家倒闭，多方联系无法修复，主变档位不能实现遥控遥信。该站无人值守计划受阻。若为档住控制器而更换有载分接开关操作机构，花费不小且还需停电，后经改造，在花费极少且不停电的情况下，恢复了远方测控功能。220kV Lanba variable transformer on - load tap - changer stall controller is damaged. The manufacturer have closed. The con- troller is unable to repair by the multi association. The main gear cannot realize remote control and telesignalling, which have already hampered this station unmanned program. If the on - load tapping switch operating mechanism needs to be replaced for the gear control- ler, then the expenses are no small deal, and needing power cut. After our admirably reconstructed, the function of remote monitoring and control is restored with inexpensive and power continuous.
