采用二维条码实现内河船员证书管理新方式研究

摘　　要：针对内河船舶船员证书管理现状,本文提出采用PDF417二维条码技术进行内河船员证书管理新方法。结合二维条码的应用分析了该方法的具体优势,给出了基本解决方案及相应实现技术路线。该项研究将有助于提高内河船舶船员证书的防伪能力,加强内河船舶船员的动态管理,改善海事主管机关行政效率。Aiming at the status of river crew certificate,this paper proposes a new management method of crew certificate by introducing PDF417 two-dimensional code. Combined with present situation of two-dimensional code application,analysising the specific advantages of the proposed method ,the basic solution and appropriate realizing technology route-maps are provided in the paper. This research would benefit to improve the ability on the security for crew certificate,enhance the dynamic management of river crew,and improve practical efficiency of maritime authorities.
