摘 要:以武汉钢铁股份有限公司炼钢总厂四分厂连铸车间现有设备为基础,介绍了中间包塞棒控流条件下的自动开浇工艺过程、拉矫机启动控制、结晶器液位自动控制等内容,突出了结晶器液位控制在自动开浇过程中的决定性作用。实际生产中,通过试验不断解决自动开浇中遇到的问题,使该厂的自动开浇率从开始时的月均39%左右提高到当前98%以上的稳定状态。Based on the equipment of continuous casting plant of the 4th Sub-Works of the General Steelmaking Plant of WISCO the technology processes of auto-casting,start-up and control of the withdrawal straightening stands and auto-control of the liquid level of mould by stopper system under the condition of flow control by the stopper system were introduced.The critical function of mould level controlling was emphasized as well.Through repetitive test and application several problems were solved in the industrial producing process and as the results the auto casting rate of the works rises steadily from original 39 % to 98 % monthly on average.
