摘 要:采用时域有限差分法(FDTD)计算了蝶形和方环形FSS单元图形的反射与传输特性以及反射信号与入射信号的相位关系,并对计算结果进行了分析。结果表明电磁波的干涉相消是FSS吸波体吸波的主要原因,并且当反射电磁波满足2 nπ的相位关系时才能达到最佳吸波效果;FSS吸波体的中心频率随介质层厚度的增加而下降;介质层厚度为5 mm时,蝶形结构吸波体的中心频率为6.4 GHz;非垂直入射使FSS的传输特性变差;随入射角度增大,FSS传输特性高频部分向低频移动。The reflection characteristics,transmission characteristics and the phase relationship between the incident and reflection waves were simulated for the FSS units with butterfly structure and square-ring structure using FDTD,and the simulation results were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the destructive interference of electromagnetic waves is a main reason for the wave absorption of FSS absorbers.When the phase difference between incident and reflection waves is 2 nπ,the wave absorption performance of FSS absorbers reaches the best.The center frequency of FSS absorbers decreases with increasing thickness of dielectric material,and the center frequency of the FSS absorber with butterfly structure is 6.4 GHz when the thickness of dielectric material is 5mm.The non-normal incidence deteriorates the transmission characteristics of FSS absorbers.With the increase of incident angle,the high-frequency part of the transmission characteristics of FSS absorbers shifts to low frequency.
