摘　　要："十二五"期间,大学生就业形势依然严峻。大学生就业难主要原因在于其就业意愿、知识结构和技能与劳动力市场需求不匹配。要有效解决大学生就业问题,提高大学生的就业质量,根本出路在于提升大学生的就业力。因此,政府应努力构建面向提升大学生就业力的就业政策体系;高校应深化教育教学改革,努力培养大学生的就业力;大学生应瞄准未来发展,全面提升就业力。The graduates employment situation remains grave during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period. The main reason is that the willingness, structure of knowledge and skills of graduates do not match the labor demands. To solve this problem effectively, as well as to improve the graduates employment, the fundamental way out is to enhance the employability of graduates. Therefore, the government should construct employment policy to enhance the graduates employability; the colleges ought to deepen the reform of education system to cultivate the graduates employability and the graduates must aim at the development to improve the employability.
