摘  要:目的探讨葡萄内酯对快速老化小鼠学习记忆能力的影响及其机制。方法以SAMP8小鼠为研究对象,给予葡萄内酯,连续灌胃45 d。采用Morris水迷宫方法测定小鼠学习记忆能力,用比色法测定脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力、丙二醛(MDA)和谷氨酸(Glu)含量。结果葡萄内酯中、高剂量组到达平台的时间明显缩短,与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);葡萄内酯剂量组AChE活性、MDA和Glu含量明显降低,与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄内酯可以明显改善SAMP8小鼠学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与抑制脑组织AChE活性有关。Objective To explore the effect of auraptene on learning and memory ability of senescence-accelerated mice prone 8(SAMP8) and to explore its mechanism. Methods SAMP8 were fed with auraptene for 45 continuous days. The ability of learning and memory in mice were observed in Morris water maze. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and acetylcholinesterase (ACHE), contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutamic acid (Glu in mice brain were detected by colorimetric method. Results Auraptene showed an obvious effect on improving learning and memory abiiitiy of SAMP8 , shortening time for mice to arrive to the platform, and decreasing AChE activity and contents of MDA and Glu. Conclusion The ability of learning and memory of SAMP8 can be markedly improved by auraptene, and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of AChE activity of mice brain.
