复方丹参片治疗2型糖尿病大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的考察复方丹参片对2型糖尿病大鼠的疗效。方法采用高糖高脂喂饲加注射小剂量链尿作菌素(STZ)的方法建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型。造模成功后随机分为模型组,达美康组和复方丹参片组,并设正常对照组。给药4周后测定各组大鼠血糖、胰岛素、糖耐量、胰岛素耐量。结果与给药前比较,复方丹参片治疗后2型糖尿病大鼠血糖和胰岛素水平均下降,胰岛素敏感指数提高,糖耐量改善,对外源性胰岛素的敏感性增强(P<0.01)。结论复方丹参片对2型糖尿病大鼠有一定的治疗作用。Objective To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Tablet（CDT） on type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Type 2 diabetic rats model was established by feeding high calorie-diet and injection of small-dose streptozotocin （STZ）. The selected rats were randomly divided into four groups： normal control group, model group, diamicron group and CDT group. After treatment for 4 weeks, fasting blood sugar, insulin and insulin resistance index were examined, and oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT） and insulin tolerance test（ITF） were carried out. Results Compound Danshen Tablet could reduce the content of blood sugar and insulin, increase insulin sensitivity index, improve OGTF and ITT, and enhance the sensitivity to exogenous insulin in type 2 diabetic rats （P 〈 0.01 compared with the model group）. Conclusion Compound Danshen Tablet has therapeutic effects on type 2 diabetic rats.
