摘　　要：目的建立一种多指标评价中药药效强弱的新方法。方法分析近年来医学上常用生物数学评价方法,借鉴其思路,结合中药药效特点,用数学公式建立一种新的评价中药药效的方法。结果目前常用生物数学评价方法各有优势和不足,提出的多指标评价中药药效的综合权重法,原理简单、应用方便、结果可信。结论综合权重法是一种适宜评价中药药效的新方法,突出了中药药效的特点。Objective A new method was developed to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine with multiple indexes. Methods After analyzing the biological mathematic comprehensive assessment methods which were commonly used in the field of medical science during these years, and by adopting the thoughts and characteristics of the mathematic comprehensive assessment methods, we established a new method with mathematical formula for evaluating the efficacy of Chinese medicine. Results The present biological mathematic comprehensive assessment methods had their advantages, but also had their disadvantages. The comprehensive weight coefficient method is the new method of evaluating the efficacy of Chinese medicine by multiple indicators, and it has the characters of principles being simple, convenience for applications and conclusion being more competent. Conclusion The comprehensive weight coefficient method is a new way to evaluate the potency of Chinese medicine. It highlights the characteristics of Chinese medicinal efficacy.
