降压益肾颗粒治疗高血压病早期肾损害及对肾血流的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过肾动脉血流动力学变化评价降压益肾颗粒对高血压病早期肾损害的保护作用。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声检测高血压早期肾损害病人,观察超声肾血流参数并分析。结果:治疗后2组参数与治疗前比较,治疗组差异明显(P<0·05,P<0·01);治疗后2组间比较,治疗组RI降低较对照组改善明显,有统计学差异(P<0·05)、右肾Vd升高较对照组改善明显,有统计学差异(P<0·05)。结论:降压益肾颗粒通过降低RI,提高肾血流速度,改善肾脏血流进行肾脏保护。Objective： The protection effect of the granule of JiangYaYiShen in essential hypertension patients with kidneys injured in early stage was evaluated by the variety of blood flow in renal arterial.Method： Forty cases of hypertension with kidneys injured in early stage received color Doppler ultra-sonography to determine blood stream of IRA.The parameters in both groups were analyzed.Result： The parameters of treatment group were improved than those before treatment（P0.05,P0.01）.After treatment,RI of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Vd of the treat group in right kidneys were higher than these of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The granule of JiangYaYiShen could protect kidney injured by hypertension in early stage.it could decrease the renal arterial vessel resistance and increase the renal blood flow and improve the renal vessel structure to protect kidneys of high blood pressure patients.
